RMA takes the guesswork out of consumption forecasting. RMA gives you the knowledge necessary to confidently predict and “true-up” the gas consumption of monthly-read meter customers served by multiple Marketers in a full retail access environment.

With RMA, you are armed with the knowledge essential for effective management of Marketers serving customers connected to your natural gas delivery network. RMA allows you to forecast consumption on an individual customer basis, track recommended daily nominations and actual daily consumption at the Marketer level, and communicate and publish data using web-based Intranet and Internet, and more.

Advanced forecasting in an easy to use package

Forecasters easily interact with RMA through the familiar look-and-feel of a Microsoft® Windows-based graphical user interface. Consumers of enterprise-wide, forecast knowledge can view results through an easy-to-use web browser interface. RMA can be operated on your desktop or through a corporate Intranet.

Powered by a forecasting engine that operates on a database containing gate station actual sendout histories, individual monthly read meter histories and customer usage data, Retail Marketer Advisor provides you with the ability to:

  • Forecast consumption on an individual customer basis
  • Bias a forecast by use of a rolling average from a previous period comparison of forecasts to actual usages
  • Aggregate individual customer consumption forecasts to the marketer level
  • Communicate and publish data using web-based intranet and internet technology
  • Create multiple temperature zones for easy adjustment of geographic-based customer groups
  • Track recommended daily nominations and actual daily consumption at the marketer level
  • Track each marketer’s history and billing with a customer
